Brothers in Arms was Joan Baez's 1991 compilation, finishing her three albums with Capitol. The album is a thematic one on the subject of political protest, named after, and leading with a song about American Marines in the Vietnam War, followed with another song on the Vietnam War,and songs about the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, war in El Salvador, and Martin Luther King, Jr.
